Copy V5 Request
If you require a copy of the V5 documentation in regards to your company vehicle, please complete the below form.
Private Plate Request
Please use the below form if you wish to either put your private plate on retention or place a private plate onto your JCT600VLS vehicle.
Due to the length of time it can take to make the necessary changes with the DVLA we advise informing us of your intentions around a month before the change is required.
Going Abroad
When travelling abroad motorists in a UK registered vehicle must carry its registration document (V5).
However, if your vehicle is leased from JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions Limited then we hold the V5, which means that you are legally required to carry a vehicle on hire certificate (VE103) which is the recognised alternative to the actual V5 document.
Parking Permit Request
If you are required to apply for a parking permit whilst using your fleet vehicle you will need to obtain a letter of authority from us.
Demo Request
To assist in the selection of your new vehicle you are able to make a demonstration request. Requests will be placed with our dealer network who will get in touch with you directly to make arrangements to deliver a demonstration vehicle.
